The Good: Chrissy Costanza's voice sounds better than ever. The artwork on the CD itself looks like an old mix CD you made yourself. "Voices", "Almost Forgot", "Sweet Surrender", "Personal", and "Strangers Again" standout from the rest.

The Bad: Lack of guitar and drums concerning. "I Like The Way" appears to glamorize smoking.

The Ugly: "Scream" and "P.A.T.T." are cringeworthy.
